Adventure Club

Friday nights at church (from 7:30 to 9pm), there is a special time for the children of our church to play with each other and learn important truths from the Bible. The evening starts with games and continues with a time of singing, then a Bible lesson, and a small group time where they get to learn through interaction and memorize key Bible verses for the lessons they’ve learned. They learn the verses cumulatively, and with each milestone for Scripture memory, they earn a pin to encourage them. Each child also gets an Adventure Club T-shirt and an activity book.

Curriculum

Each lesson comes from Adventure Club, which is a Bible-based, systematic theology curriculum for children published by Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California. Our instructor diligently prepares the lessons and explains a portion of the Word of God that highlights the theological topic at hand and does so at a children’s level. The program runs on annually (from April through March with a couple of breaks during the summer and winter) and is for children ages 4 through 10.
