In these chapters of Genesis, we see the sin of man in all its ugliness. But amid the corruption of sin, we also see the hope of the promised seed of the woman.

In the opening two chapters of Genesis, the Holy Spirit through Moses reveals the goodness of God displayed in creation. This is first seen in the six days of creation, then it is brightly lit up in God’s goodness pouring over man in Eden.

All who believe in the Son of God have eternal life. They are no longer spiritually but alive in Christ and they have an open access to the Father as the children of God to seek His face in prayer.
