Jesus expects us to pray. He also expects us to enter the narrow gate and way.
Don't Worry and Confront Wisely
Worry is a drag that keeps us from running hard for our Lord and His kingdom. Jesus quells our anxious hearts by assuring us of the Father’s care. In seeking His kingdom, we are to be wise. We are to treat others as we want to be treated. We are to avoid double standards. We are to speak with discernment.

Stumbling Blocks and Integrity
Christ calls us to shine bright as the light of the world even as He is the light of the world that shines. We are Jesus’ agents in the world to expose darkness and direct sinners to Christ. Jesus also calls us to be peacemakers. We are to make peace with all men no matter who may be the offended party.

The Will of God for Man
In the scene of Jesus’ wilderness temptations, we learn the will of God for man which Israel failed to live by, but which the Son of God incarnate did live by. The principles of living by the Bible, trusting in the Father’s care, and valuing Him far above all else come into focus in this scene. This set of scriptures we will memorize all stem from Jesus’ response to Satan’s temptations.
Intro to the Commands of Christ
The Lord Jesus Christ who possesses all authority has declared His will for His world and it is that all be made into His disciples who faithfully obey all He commanded. For a season, we will devote our community group hour for memorization and recitation of Scripture for this purpose of learning to observe all that Jesus commanded.
